Feeling lost without a map?
Living with ADHD can feel as though you are wading through life without a map.
That can lead to a lot of frustration, feeling as though everyone else knows something that you don’t.
I use narrative therapy, which explores the way that we see events to reframe the way we see ourselves and the world. Chances are you have felt that your ADHD symptoms are something that you are doing wrong, rather than being about just needing new tools.
By shifting the way that you talk to yourself and the way that you view yourself, we can create a new map of where you are going!
Along with cognitive behavioral therapy exploring the way that our thoughts, feelings and actions interact to allow you to identify patterns that are standing in your way.
50-minute sessions
The 50 minute sessions are your standard therapy session. We will map out your struggles, map out your resources and put together a plan to get to the relief that you are seeking.
Sessions typically begin with a short mindful self compassion exercise. These build upon your ability to be in the moment and are designed to ground you to the therapy experience.

Intensive 80- minute sessions
The 80 minute sessions are intensive sessions where you have the time needed to explore at depth the issues that you are facing and push through to get you closer to your goals quicker.
For these sessions we can take a short break in the middle to allow you to take care of yourself and to promote greater focus in the second half of the session.
ADHD Support Groups
Join the waitlist for the 2025 ADHD Therapy groups!
ADHD Community Support Group meets monthly for 60 minutes to explore resources, feel community supports and learn about coping skills for ADHD.
Attendance cost:
$30 per participant for one 60 minute session.
Who can join?
Anyone experiencing ADHD and wanting to feel a sense of community and practical solutions and resources.
Small Group Size!
Group sessions are limited to 5 participants per month. It is important to me that you are able to get the support you need.
