Choose therapy that fits best in your life and with your goals:

50-minute sessions

The 50 minute sessions are your standard therapy session. We will map out your struggles, map out your resources and put together a plan to get to the relief that you are seeking. Sessions typically begin with a short mindful self compassion or grounding exercise. These build upon your ability to be in the moment and are designed to ground you to the therapy experience.

Intensive 80- minute sessions

The 80 minute sessions are intensive sessions where you have the time needed to explore at depth the issues that you are facing and push through to get you closer to your goals quicker. For these sessions we can take a short break in the middle to allow you to take care of yourself and to promote greater focus in the second half of the session.
