ADHD Therapy Group

ADHD Community Support Group meets monthly for 90 minutes to explore resources, feel community supports and learn about coping skills for ADHD.

Attendance cost:
$30 per participant for one 60 minute session.

Who can join?
Anyone experiencing ADHD and wanting to feel a sense of community and practical solutions and resources.
