Tips for ADHD and the Holidays: Productivity playlist!
The holidays are here! So many holidays take place between December 1st and December 31st. Regardless of the holiday that you celebrate, lets take a look at how you can improve your productivity during your holiday tasks:
Having playlists ready to go to motivate you can make or break a task. When the novelty of the task wears off, and the motivation is threatening to go on strike- what is a person to do? TURN ON THE MUSIC!
What should you put on your winter productivity playlists?
Whatever makes you feel pumped up and ready to take on the tasks. Maybe you love holiday music? Maybe you groove to Taylor Swift? Whatever the tunes, many of us can agree that the work is easier when we have a distraction.
BONUS: Consider making multiple playlists for different moods and different tasks. Maybe you want fast party music for physical activity and soothing music for others.
