ADHD Time Warp: Why You’re Always Late (And How to Maybe Stop)

ADHD time is a myth. There are only two settings: "I have forever" and "Oh no, I should’ve left 15 minutes ago." Why does this happen? Blame time blindness.

Here’s some ideas on how to (sort of) fix it:
⏰ Set alarms. Like, a lot of alarms.
⏰ Trick your brain with fake deadlines. "The meeting starts at 2" → tell yourself it starts at 1:30.
⏰ The "ready to leave" checklist—because remembering socks is surprisingly hard.
